You can be the stationary rock in a world that flies by at unearthly speeds. We're retreating anyway, Concorde has gone, CD's are going, you can be the one waiting at the start when all else get back worn out and broken. READY, STEADY, GO - Watch them all tear off, looking for life, snuffling around for confirmation they exist, chasing money like it's life's very elixir. Don't be those people, stay motionless, smell the air, look around, there's so much to be gained from taking it easy.

Our South London hero guides us as we lay still in the middle of the pool looking at space. These 12 tunes ping and wobble and carry you round whilst you remain zoned. Dropping you in places you haven't seen for years, or more likely have never seen: Late 80's raves, 60's Withnail and I living rooms, Cluster's rehearsal space. Electronic zings like the BBC Radiophonic workshop were concocting in the 50's and 60's bashing against the straight up techno sound of the 90's. Current day advancements meeting the best in history. This is an album made by someone with a deep love of the SOUND of music. No trend.

With 10 minute drumless synth workouts like 'The Grand Vizier's Funeral Party', or repeat-o straight up slammers like the album's finale 'Night Tripper', Drumm Chimp has had a look at the zeitgeist and thought "fuck that, I'm building my own and if you want in you gotta get waterproof headphones".
